While working for Copperline Partners as Architectural Design Director and as part of the design team which included the architect of record Studio K and builder Leperadise  we were able to create this stunning beach house treasure in the sand.

The 754 sqft oasis is tucked in the dunes and immersed in sea grape foliage along Florida’s breathtakingly stunning coast line. With its large cantilevered deck and roof top aqua feature this small beach house has all the amenities one would need to live the true beach bum life.

The living room and bedroom are divided by custom etched and painted glass by McMow Art Glass . The glass doors were custom fitted to mount to the Bartels door hardware soft track system and pocket into a custom built-in entertainment wall cabinetry by Atelier wood work
