While working for ADD Inc. now Stantec I was placed on the project team for Russell Galbuts seven story mixed use personal residence. Mr Galbut is also a head leader/owner of Crescent Heights one of America’s premier urban development companies. The building consists of commercial ground floor space, three floors of robotic parking and the top three floors as a personal residence totaling 17,000 sqft. The Restaurants/Bars located at the ground floor are Bakehouse and Red Ginger which are also neighbors to Radio Bar and Milos estiatorio. The penthouse residence also includes a cantilevered pool and entertainment deck, personal offices and full size racquet ball court.
